Order Processing: All orders are prepared and processed within 5–7 business days after the order has been successfully placed.
Please note: Orders are processed only on business days (Monday through Friday). We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will begin processing on the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping option selected during checkout. Please note that the estimated delivery timeframe applies only after your order has been processed and shipped.
Free Shipping: 20–25 Days (Above $199.00)
Economy Shipping: 20–25 Days ($15.00 - $40.00)
Standard Shipping: 10–15 Days ($25.00 - $45.00)
Express Shipping: 5–8 Days ($45.00 - $65.00)
Delivery Information: The estimated shipping time does not include our 5–7 business day order processing period. While we strive to deliver orders on time, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, high seasonal volumes, courier delays, or severe weather. At this time, we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders shipped within the United States with a total purchase value of $139.00 USD or more. Orders below this amount will incur the applicable shipping charges displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking & Lost Shipments: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will coordinate with the carrier to arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Return & Exchange Period: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, requests submitted after the 30-day period are not eligible.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
Return Eligibility: We proudly accept returns from customers worldwide. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include all original tags and packaging.
Please note: Sale items, customized or personalized jackets, and clearance products are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return: Email us at hello@bestleatherhouse.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return. Once reviewed, we will provide you with our return address in Germany. Please do not return any item without authorization. After shipping, kindly send us the tracking number.
Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error, Best Leather House will cover the cost. If it is due to size selection or change of mind, the customer is responsible.
Refunds: Once your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 20 business days for the complete process. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
Exchanges: You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to product availability.
