Order Processing
All orders are prepared and processed within 5–7 business days after the order has been successfully placed.
Please note:
Orders are processed only on business days (Monday through Friday).
We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping option selected during checkout.
Please note that the estimated delivery timeframe applies only after your order has been processed and shipped.

The estimated shipping time does not include our 5–7 business day order processing period.
While we strive to deliver orders on time, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

At this time, we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders shipped within the United States with a total purchase value of $139.00 USD or more.
Orders below this amount will incur the applicable shipping charges displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking & Lost Shipments
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, we will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement order or issue a refund in accordance with our policies.
