Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Best Leather House, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy below.

Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Unfortunately, requests submitted after the 30-day period are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

Return Eligibility

We proudly accept returns from customers worldwide, and the same return conditions apply regardless of your country.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be unwashed and unaltered.
Include all original tags and packaging.
Be returned in its original condition.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for refunds, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Sale or discounted items.
Customized or personalized jackets.
Clearance products.

Products customized with names, logos, initials, or other personalized designs can only be returned if they are received with a manufacturing defect or damage.

How to Request a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at hello@bestleatherhouse.com with the following information:

Your order number
Product name
Reason for the return

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with our return address in Germany.

Please do not return any item without receiving return authorization from our team.

After shipping the package, kindly send us the return tracking number or a copy of the shipping receipt for verification.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Best Leather House will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested because of size selection, personal preference, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Refunds

Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.

After the inspection is completed and your return is approved, your refund will be processed.

Please allow up to 20 business days (approximately four weeks) for the complete refund process, including inspection, approval, and payment processing.

Refunds will be issued using your original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue your refund as store credit or through another mutually agreed payment option.

Items that do not comply with our return requirements—including products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery—may not qualify for a refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

All exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your request is processed.

For exchanges requested due to sizing or personal preference, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
